基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱成像在毒品研究中的应用

摘要: 当前国内外毒情形势依然严峻,新型毒品更新换代速度极快,涉毒案件的隐蔽性和复杂性日益增加,毒品成瘾机理尚不明确,因此亟需发展先进的毒品分析方法以应对此类国际性难题。质谱成像技术兼具分子鉴定和成像功能,为毒品研究提供了全新的分析手段和研究视野。基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱成像(Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry imaging,MALDI-MSI)作为质谱成像技术的典型代表,被广泛应用于毒品相关的基础科学研究和检测方法开发中。本文综述了MALDI-MSI在毒品成瘾机理、法庭毒品分析和毒品原植物研究中的应用,展望了该技术在毒品相关研究领域中的应用前景和发展方向。
