基于单细胞RNA测序技术的皮肤学研究进展

摘要: 单细胞RNA测序技术是近年发展起来的一种高通量测序技术,该技术可在单个细胞层面上研究细胞基因表达和识别细胞异质性,极大地拓宽了研究者对皮肤发育、肿瘤产生和免疫应答等皮肤生物学机制的理解。近年来,皮肤方面的单细胞RNA测序研究系统地揭示了皮肤细胞的异质性,阐明了一些皮肤病的发病机制,并确定了多种临床皮肤病潜在的新型治疗靶点,为皮肤病的诊断和治疗提供了指导。本文详细综述了单细胞RNA测序技术和该技术在皮肤学领域中的最新研究进展,并探讨了该领域未来面临的主要挑战和发展的前景。
