SERS CHARACTERIZATION OF ADSORBED WATER AT VERY NEGATIVE POTENTIALS

摘要: Surface enhanced Raman scattering of water adsorbed at silver electrodes in very negative potential region was first observed and a simple model related to the adsorption configuration is proposed.
