摘要:
Tetraalkylammonium hydroxides were used in coupled oxidation of hemin.The alkyl substitutes on ammonium restricted the accessibility of active oxygen species to methine bridges of hemin and produced various compositions of biliverdin Ⅸ isomers.The content of Ⅸα isomer could reach to more than 60%.
