PREPARATION OF NANOCRYSTAL OF PEROVSKITE TYPE LaFeO3 BY USING REVERSE DROP COPRECIPITATION IN ALCOHOL
摘要:
The precursor of LaFeO3 was prepared in alcohol.Nanocrystals of LaFeO3 were synthesized by solid reaction at 550℃ for 2h.XRP,DTA and TEM were used to characterize the samples.Results show that alcohols are better liquid dispersing mediums.The grain size distribution-concentrated and well-dispersed LaFeO3 nanocrystals were obtained by the calcination.
