摘要:
The electrode process of bilirubin/human serum albumin complex studied by in situ circular dichroism electrochemistry has been reported.Circular dichroism spectra of the complex were given at different potentials.An s-shape curve shows that there is a sudden change of bilirubin conformation existing in the process of electrolysis.The mechanism of the circular dichroism spectral changes in electrooxidation process of the complex was proposed.
