OXYGENATION OF AROMATIC ALDEHYDES BY THE MANGANESE(111) PORPHYRIN COMPLEX-SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE SYSTEM

摘要: Aromatic aldehydes have been oxidized to their corresponding carboxylic acids in good yields.The reactions were performed in the manganese(111) porphyrin complex-sodium hypochlorite system under mild conditions.
