Trehalose with Reviving Function
Abstract:
Trehalose is known as the "sugar of life" in the scientific community. An intelligent and responsible trehalose image was created through personification approach. This article introduced its unique structure, properties and biological functions through several stories. Furthermore, the relationship between its structure and performances was analyzed from the perspective of organic chemistry.
