In the presence of tetrazole, 2'-substituted nucleosidesreacted stereospecifically with n-BuOPIN (C2H5) 2I2 to nucleoside 3', 5'-cyclophosphites with avial n-Buo group. The stereochemistry of oxidation of cyclophosphite was investigated.
