多重数字聚合酶链式反应技术及其应用

摘要: 数字聚合酶链式反应(PCR)作为一种具有广泛应用前景的核酸检测技术,已经成为当前公认的最为精准的核酸检测技术之一。多重检测是数字PCR发展的重要方向,随着微流控技术的发展,多重数字PCR技术已越来越成熟。本文综述了近年来多重数字PCR的研究进展,重点归纳总结了近五年来多重数字PCR技术的实现方式,介绍了多重数字PCR技术在液体活检、转基因检测、新冠病毒检测等热点领域的应用。最后,对多重数字PCR技术面临的问题和挑战进行了探讨,并展望了该技术未来的发展方向。
