Copper N-(meta-methoxy)-phenyl Iminodiacetate dihydrate,{Cu[CH3OC6H4N(CH2COO)2]}·2H2O,orthorhombic,space group Pbca with unit cell dimensions a=10.725(3),b=10.851(4),c=21.827(5)Å,V=2540(3)Å3,Z=8,Mr=336.78,Dx=1.76 Mg·m-3,μ=1.81mm-1,F(000)=1376.The structure was solved by di-rect method and refined to R=0.078.The Cu ion is coordinated to one N,two O from two water molecules and two O from two carboxyls to form a square pyramid configuration.
