四硫富瓦烯四硫醇(ttftt4-)Zn盐配位高分子化合物的合成、表征及性能
摘要:
在绝对乙醇介质中制备出2个系列四硫富瓦烯四硫醇ttftt4-(tetrathiafulvalene tetrathiolate)Zn盐的配位高分子化合物,其组成分别为[(Zn-ttftt)Mx]n(M=Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Hg;x=0.3,0.4,0.5,1.3,0.7)及[(Zn-ttftt)Lny]n(Ln=La,Er,y=0.5;Ln=Nd,Eu,y=0.6).化合物在室温下均为在空气中稳定的黑色无定形粉末状固体.用红外光谱及X射线光电子能谱对化合物进行了表征,并进行了元素分析、热分析和电导率测定.25℃时,化合物均为典型半导体.化合物[(Zn-ttftt)Ni0.5·1.9EtOH]n的室温电导率高达3.6S/cm.

Synthesis, Characterization and Properties of Zinc Tetrathiafulvalene Tetrathiolate Coordination Polymers
Abstract:
Two series of polymers based on zinc complexes of the tetrathiafulvalene tetrathiolate(ttftt4-) of stoichiometry[(Zn-ttftt)Mx]n (M=Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Hg; x=0.3,0.4,0.5,1.3,0.7) and[(Zn ttftt)Lny]n (Ln=La,Er, y=0.5; Ln=Nd,Eu, y=0.6) were prepared in absolute ethanol. The insoluble amorphous polymeric complexes have been characterized by IR spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and elemental and thermal analysis and conductivity measurements. The complexes behave as semiconductors at 25℃ as compacted pellets. Among them, the compound[(Zn-ttftt)Ni0.5 ·1.9EtOH]n showed the highest conductivity of 3.6 S/cm.
