HQ-PPEK/PC共混物的相容性与流变性
摘要:
将特种工程塑料进行共混改性优化其性能,是开发高新工程材料最有效的方法之一[1~3].聚合物共混物的相容性和流变性能往往决定了材料的各种使用性能以及加工工艺,所以研究聚合物共混物的相容性和流变性能具有极其重要的意义.HQ-PPEK是本课题组以含二氮杂萘酮结构的类双酚单体(DHPZ)、对苯二酚(摩尔比1:1)和4,4'-二氟二苯酮进行三元共聚而得到的新型聚芳醚酮,它综合了PPEK(Tg=263℃)和PEEK(Tg=144℃)的多种优点:溶解性好,耐温等级高,易于加工流动[4].双酚A型聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种综合性能优良的工程塑料.本文主要探讨HQ-PPEK/PC共混物的相容性和流变性能.

Miscibility and Rheological Properties of HQ-PPEK/PC Blends
Abstract:
The blends of HQ-PPEK, prepared by polymerization of 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-phthalazone(DHPZ) and hydroquinone(HQ)(1:1 molar ratio) with 4,4'-diflourodiphenylketone and polycarbonate(PC) through coprecipitation in chloroform solution. The miscibility of the blends was characterized by ternary-solution methods and DSC. The results indicated that the blends were immiscible or partially miscible. The rheological properties of the blends were studied by capillary rheometer. The results show that the melt blends are psedoplastic fluids, the die swelling ratios decrease and the non-Newtonian index increases with increase in the weight content of PC in the blends and the blends viscosity curves negatively does not follow the single additivity rule.
