光固化环氧丙烯酸酯树脂有机-无机杂化体系
摘要:
用Ⅴ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSPM)作为有机与无机相间的偶联剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制得了光固化环氧丙烯酸酯树脂的透明硬质杂化材料.利用FTIR、SEM、DSC和TGA法表征杂化材料,并对其性能进行了研究.由于无机与有机相间以共价键结合,使该杂化材料同时兼有柔韧性和刚性.

UV Curable Hybrid Organic-Inorganic System Based on Epoxy Acrylate Resin
Abstract:
UV curable, hard, transparent hybrid coating material of epoxy acrylate resin was prepared by the sol-gel method, using Ⅴ-(trimethoxysilyl) propoxymethacrylate(TMSPM) as a coupling agent between the orgnic and inorganic phases. The FTIR, DSC studies, SEM observation and thermogravimetric analysis were used for the characterization. The physical properties of the hybrid materials showed that covalent links between the inorganic and organic networks may provide the hybrid with good flexibility and high hardness.
