聚丙烯/聚(丙烯-g-马来酸酐)/蒙脱土纳米复合材料结晶动力学研究
摘要:
用示差扫描量热法(DSC)考察了聚丙烯(PP)和聚丙烯/接枝物/有机蒙脱土复合材料(PP/PP-g-MAH/Org-MMT)的非等温结晶过程。用Avrami方程和Ozawa方程对上述体系非等温结晶过程进行分析。t1/2、Zc、F(T)、Tp等参数表明,降温速率相同时,PP/PP-g-MAH/Org-MMT复合体系的结晶速率大于PP的结晶速率,前者的结晶温度明显高于后者。Kissinger方法的计算结果表明,添加有机蒙脱土可使PP的结晶活化能增大,添加PP-g-MAH可使PP/Org-MMT复合体系的结晶活化能减小,与PP的结晶活化能相近。

Nonisothermal Crystallization Kinetics of PP/PP-g-MAH/Org-MMT Nanocomposite
Abstract:
The nonisothermal crystallization processes of polypropylene(PP) and polypropylene/poly(propylene-g-maleic anhydride)(PP-g-MAH)/organo montmorillonite(Org-MMT) have been investigated by DSC. The Avrami and Ozawa equations were used to describe the nonisothermal crystallization processes of the above systems. The parameter values of t1/2、Zc、F(T)、Tp indicated that at the same cooling rate the crystallization rate of PP/PP-g-MAH/Org-MMT composite was greater than that of PP and that the crystallization temperature of the former was higher than that of the latter. The activation energies of PP and composites calculated by Kissinger method revealed that the addition of Org-MMT in PP increased the activation energy of PP, however, the addition of PP-g-MAH in PP/Org-MMT composite decreased its activation energy, even close to that of pure PP.
