双光子生物荧光显微技术中的探针问题

摘要: 近年来,双光子材料及其相关应用技术的研究引起了人们的广泛关注,并取得了很好的进展。其中,双光子生物荧光显微技术受到了特别重视。本文重点介绍这一技术在生物荧光成像方面的优势,同时深入探讨了该技术面临的缺乏高效双光子荧光探针的问题,总结了双光子荧光探针材料的发展现状和前景。
