Study on the Binding Effect between Cordycepin and Calf Thymus DNA by Circular Dichroism

摘要: Binding of cordycepin to the double helical DNA with a high affinity was investigated by CD spectra in this paper. The results proved that uncoiling, unbinding and denaturation of DNA proceeded continuously upon the increase of the concentration of cordycepin.
