摘要:
The polarization result of layer-structured n-InSe in Fe2+/Fe3+ solution was briefly reported.Photoanodic corrosion was observed.A method to determine the thickness of selenium film formed was described,the fraction of photocurrent participating in the corrosion reaction can be approximately estimated.
