Ni取代六铝酸镧催化剂LaNiAl11O19表面积炭研究
摘要:
通过TEM、XPS、TGA、TPR-CO2技术,对在Ni取代六铝酸镧催化剂LaNiAl11O19表面上的甲烷裂解积炭、甲烷二氧化碳重整积炭及二氧化碳的消炭行为进行了研究,以探索该催化剂表面积炭形貌、来源、积炭物种以及积炭活性.结果表明,甲烷具有相当高的裂解积炭活性,裂解后生成炭化物(carbide炭)和石墨炭两种不同活性的炭种;二氧化碳的解离活性则相对较低,但其消除催化剂表面积炭活性却相当高.

On the Carbon Deposition on the Ni-Substituted Hexaaluminate Catalyst LaNiAl11O19
Abstract:
The reactions of methane decomposition to deposited carbon, CO2 reforming of methane to deposited carbon and CO2 elimination of carbon over hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst have been studied as a function of the appearance, sources, kinds and activities of deposited carbon by TEM, XPS, TGA, TPR-CO2 techniques. The results showed that methane exhibited rather high decomposition activity and carbide carbon and graphitic carbon were detected. However, the activity of CO2 decomposition to deposited carbon was lower, but its activity of eliminating carbon was higher.
