CH4、CO2与O2制合成气用Ni-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备与催化活性的关系
摘要:
利用DTA-TGA、TPR、XRD和XPS等表征手段,对用不同方法制备的催化剂进行表征,并结合催化剂的活性评价结果,研究Ni-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备方法与催化活性的关系.结果表明,无论浸渍法或共沉淀法制备的催化剂,都具有较高的CH4转化活性.这说明在反应过程中甲烷的活化仅与催化剂表面存在Ni物种相关,而与催化剂上NiAl2O4的还原程度关系不大.但对于CO2的活化,共沉淀法制备的催化剂,在高温还原预处理和反应过程中,晶型不完整的NiAl2O4所还原生成的新鲜态的、低价Ni物种,具有较强的活化能力.因此共沉淀法制备的催化剂较浸渍法制备的催化剂具有更高的CO2的转化率和CO的收率.

Relationship Between Preparation Method of Catalyst and Catalytic Activity in the Reaction of Carbon Dioxide Reforming of Methane
Abstract:
The activity of Ni-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by impregnation and coprecipitation was evaluated in a fixed bed continuous-flow quartz reactor. DTA-TGA, TPR, XRD and XPS have been used to characterize the catalysts. All the catalysts exhibited high conversion activity of CH4, indicating that methane can be activated by nickel species dispersed on the surface of catalysts. In the other hand, the freshly formed nickel species from NiAl2O4 pretreated and reduced at high temperature, is very active for CO2 conversion. Thus, the catalyst prepared by coprecipitation reveals higher CO2 conversion and CO yield than the catalyst prepared by impregnation.
