二茂铁基-1,1'-二烷基二茂铁甲醇的合成与性能
摘要:
10种二茂铁甲酰基-1,1'-二烷基二茂铁经LiAlH4还原得到10种相应的二茂铁基-1,1'-二烷基二茂铁甲醇.这类羟基化合物对酸的敏感性很高.由2种二茂铁基-1,1'-二乙基二茂铁甲醇与BF3在二氯甲烷中反应形成了稳定的二茂铁基-1,1'-二乙基二茂铁甲基碳正离子.无需从反应混合物中分离,该离子与乙胺作用得到了2种N-取代产物.由元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱证实了化合物的结构.

Synthesis and Properties of Ferrocenyl-1,1'-dialkylferrocenylmethanols
Abstract:
Ten ferrocenyl-1,1'-dialkylferrocenylmethanols were prepared by reduction of corresponding ferrocenoyl-1,1'-dialkylferrocens with LiAlH4. The hydroxyl group containing compounds with ethyl groups in 1 and 1' positions of two ferrocenyls are very sensitive to acid, forming stable ferrocenyl-1,1'-dialkylferrocenylmethyl carbocations in CH2Cl2 in the presence of BF3. The cabocations thus obtained in reaction with CH3CH2NH2 gave the corresponding ethylamino compounds. All of the compounds synthesized were characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectrometric mesurements.
