Three Cr(Ⅲ) coordination complexes,[Cr(en)2ox][Cr(en)(ox)₂]·2H₂O(1),[Co(NH₂NHCSNH₂)₃][Cr(ox)₃]·7H₂O(2),and Cr(acac)₃(3),were synthesized by the groovy method(en=ethylenediamine,ox=oxalic acid,acac=acetylacetone).The crystal structures of the complexes were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction,and the complexes were characterized by UV-Vis and surface photovoltage spectrum(SPS).Surface photovoltage performance of the three complexes were emphatically studied,and compared with their UV-Vis spectra.The results of surface photovoltage spectra of complexes 1~3 indicate that the complexes exhibit better surface photovoltage responses in a range of 300~600 nm,and the determined surface photovoltage and the UV-Vis spectra present comparatively well corresponding relation.
