The secondary metabolites of fungus ZSUH 36 were first isolated from the mangrove plant sample.Five secondary metabolites were isolated from the mycelium of this strain by means of column chromatography.Their structures were identified by comprehensive spectroscopic methods including IR,MS,NMR.To the best of our knowledge,compound 1 and compound 2 were both isolated from marine fungi for the first time.In the preliminary bioassay,compound 5 shows moderate inhibitory activity on the hepG2 cell line with an IC₅₀ value of 3.0×10^-5 g/mL.
