The excitation and emission spectra of LnBO₃:Dy³⁺(Ln=La,Gd,Yb,Lu,Y,Sc) crystal powders were measured at room temperature.The dependence of the relative intensities of the ⁴F9/2→⁶H_(15/2),13/2) fluorescent transitions of the Dy³⁺ ion in the LnBO₃:Dy³⁺ host lattice on the chemical composition,crystal structure of the phesphors,and the concentrations of Dy³⁺ has been discussed.
