The synthesis of tri(β-chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP) from ethylene oxide and phosphorus oxychloride catalyzed by a solid super acid TiSiW₁₂O₄₀/TiO₂ has been studied. The optimun reactions conditions are:molar ratio of ethylene oxide to phosphorous oxychloride=3.10:1.00, catalyst amount 1.5%, 5 h and 30~45℃.
