An analytical method based on high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has been developed for the determination of 10 perfluorinated compounds.Various lubricant samples were extracted with the solvent.Then the extract was cleaned up by Oasis WAX and Envi-carb solid phase cartridge.Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out for the analyte under the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode after the chromatographic separation over Waters Xbridge C₁₈(150 mm×2.1 mm,3.5 μm)column.The limits of detection for 10 perfluorinated compounds were 0.001~0.005 mg/kg.The mean recoveries at the three spiked levels were 79.05%~106.26%,with the intra-day precision less than 10% and the inter-day precision less than 20%.
