Thirteen novel bisamides compounds containing methoxy and benzothiazole were synthesized.Their structures were characterized by ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,IR and elemental analyses.Preliminary bioassay showed that some of them exhibited certain anti-CMV activities,and some compounds posed antitumor activity toward PC3 cells in vitro by MTT method.The antiproliferation activity of compound 4f to PC3 cells was 74.2% at the concentration of 10 μmol/L.
