Ultrasonic Radiative Synthesis and Biological Activities of Morpholinomethylamino Containing 1,2,4-Triazole-5-thiones

Eleven 1-(morpholinomethyl)-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4-substitute deneamino-1,2,4 triazole-5-thiones were designed and synthesized by means of an ultrasonic radiation method and a traditional heating process.Their structures were characterized by ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,IR and elemental analyses.Preliminary bioassay shows that some of them exhibit certain inactivities to Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV).
