Crystal structure of a two-dimensional Cd(Ⅱ) complex and its fluorescence recognition of p-nitrophenol, tetracycline, 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline

A Cd(Ⅱ) complex, formulated as {(H2dbim)0.5[Cd(Hbptc)]·H2O}n (1), where dbim=1-(4-((2, 6-dimethyl-2H-benzo[d]imidazol-3(3H)-yl)methyl)benzyl)-2, 7-dihydro-2, 5-dimethyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole, H4bptc=3, 3', 4, 4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid, has been obtained by hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized. Complex 1 exhibits a 2D layer with a point symbol of {44·66}. Complex 1 was used for fluorescence identification of some common environmental pollutants. The result of the research shows that complex 1 can effectively detect p-nitrophenol, tetracycline, and 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline. The calculated quenching constants for p-nitrophenol, tetracycline, and 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline were 2×102, 5.4×104, and 2×104 L·mol-1, respectively.

A bifunctional three-dimensional Eu-MOF fluorescent probe for highly sensitive detection of 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenol and tetracycline

Herein, a luminescent europium-based metal-organic framework (Eu-MOF, [Eu3(L)(HL)(NO3)2(DMF)2]·4DMF·5H2O, H4L=5,5′-(pyrazine-2,6-diyl)diisophthalic acid, DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide) was developed for the dual-functional detection of environmental pollutants. This fluorescence-quenching-based sensor exhibited exceptional sensitivity for both 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) and tetracycline (TC), achieving remarkably low detection limits of 1.96×10-6 and 1.71×10-7 mol·L-1, respectively. Notably, the system exhibited 99% fluorescence quenching efficiency for TC, indicating ultra-efficient analyte recognition. The detection performance surpasses most reported luminescent MOF sensors, attributed to synergistic mechanisms of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and photoinduced electron transfer (PET).

A three-dimensional zinc(Ⅱ) metal-organic framework based on nitrogen-containing ligands for the detection of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and tetracycline

A metal-organic framework {[Zn(L)0.5(1,2,4,5-tpb)0.5]·DMF·3H2O}n (1) was synthesized by solvothermal reaction, where H4L=5,5′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)diisophthalic acid, and 1,2,4,5-tpb=1,2,4,5-tetra(pyridin-4-yl)benzene. The analysis of the single crystal structure indicates that L4- and 1,2,4,5-tpb are connected with Zn(Ⅱ) to form a 2D layered structure, and the layers are linked by 1,2,4,5-tpb to form a 3D structure. 1 can be used as a highly selective fluorescent probe for the detection of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNP) and tetracycline (TET), and the detection limits were 0.013 and 0.31 μmol·L-1, respectively. 1 was applied successfully to the determination of TET content in the Yanhe River water sample.

动力学同位素效应是最近两年在国内外化学竞赛中出现的新兴考点。本文从势能曲线和零点振动能出发,从经典的过渡态理论角度阐释了一级动力学同位素效应和二级动力学同位素效应的起源,简述了动力学同位素效应在反应机理研究中的作用。通过解析国内外化学竞赛相关试题,分析了动力学同位素效应的考察角度,揭示了国内竞赛与国际竞赛的出题导向有一定的延续性。最后对动力学同位素效应的竞赛教学提出了一些思考和建议,对竞赛教学工作者具有参考和借鉴价值。

超小槲皮纳米探针在成像引导下的抗氧化活性

在骨关节炎(OA)诊断和治疗中准确靶向受损的软骨细胞仍然是一项艰巨的挑战。本研究将槲皮素与钆离子偶联形成超小槲皮素-钆(CPQGd)纳米探针,由于其表面的负电荷可以精准定位到退变的软骨细胞,从而表现出优异的靶向性。凭借槲皮素优异的抗氧化性,CPQGd纳米探针可以较好地模拟3种重要的抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶)的活性,进而有效清除活性氧(ROS)。在T1磁共振成像/荧光多模态成像技术的作用下,CPQGd纳米探针可精准定位退变的软骨细胞,并表现出优异的抗氧化性。

多孔氮化钛用于高效限硫载体

通过简便、高效、可规模化的一步高温氮化法,利用高温烧结使二氧化钛(TiO2)粉末在转化成氮化钛(TiN)的同时形成连续的三维多孔网络,具有良好的导电性和高孔隙率。作为高效限硫载体,连续的三维多孔TiN网络不仅能有效增加电子传输路径、增强电子转移、促进离子迁移,而且能够从物理限域和化学吸附两方面对多硫化锂的穿梭效应进行强有力的限制,同时有效提高了硫的负载量。制备的高导电性、高硫负载硫正极展现出较高的放电容量和优异的循环稳定性能。

Constructing a one-dimensional Cu-coordination polymer-based cathode material for Li-ion batteries

A novel one-dimensional (1D) polycarbonyl coordination polymer [Cu(BGPD)(DMA)(H2O)]·DMA (named Cu-BD, H2BGPD=N, N′-bis(glycinyl)pyromellitic diimide; DMA=dimethylacetamide) was synthesized, and evaluated as a cathode material for lithium - ion batteries (LIBs) for the first time. The electrochemical performance study revealed that the Cu-BD cathode exhibited better cycling stability and a specific capacity of 50 mAh·g-1 after 100 cycles at a current density of 50 mA·g-1. The study of the reaction mechanism for the Cu-BD electrode discloses that both BGPD2- ligands and Cu(Ⅱ) ions may take part in the electron-transfer process during charging and discharging.
