In this paper the Ce(Ⅳ) salt initiated graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto the film of polyesterpolyether block copolymer irradiated by UV-ray was reported. The UV-irradiation of the film and its graft process have been investigated by UV spectrum, ESR and ESCA and the influence of other factors on the graft copolymerization has been discussed.
