A Novel Organic-Inorganic Complex:Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [Ca(DMSO)₅(H₂O)]₂SiMo₁₂O₄₀

A novel organic-inorganic complex [Ca(DMSO)₅(H₂O)]₂SiMo₁₂O₄₀ was synthesized from CaCl₂, DMSO and H₄SiMo₁₂O₄₀·nH₂O in mixed solvent of acetonitrile and water. Its structure was characterized with elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction analysis.
