胆固醇是哺乳动物体内主要的甾体化合物，在基本的生命过程中起着重要作用，但是其含量的异常也会给机体带来许多危害。本文以第三人称拟人化的手法，叙述了胆固醇进入人体的过程以及在人体中发挥的作用、造成的影响等，旨在通过生动有趣的方式帮助读者了解胆固醇在人体内的代谢过程。
