Synthesis,structure and photoluminescent property of a novel potassic compound

A novel 3D coordination compound of K (H₂TDA)(H₂O)(1)(H₃TDA=1H-1, 2, 3-triazole-4, 5-dicarboxylic acid) has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, ICP and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 displays strong fluorescent emission at room temperature.
