Two Ln-Co (Ln=Eu, Sm) metal-organic frameworks: Structures, magnetism, and fluorescent sensing sulfasalazine and glutaraldehyde

We used pentacarboxylic acid ligand 3, 5-di(2', 4'-dicarboxylphenyl) benzoic acid (H5L) to synthesize two structural similarity lanthanide-cobalt heteronuclear bimetallic organic frameworks (Ln-Co-MOFs) by hydrothermal method: (C2H6NH2)5{[Eu9Co(L)6(H2O)5(OH)4] ·5DMF}n (1), (C2H6NH2)2{[Sm9Co(L)6(H2O)3Cl] ·5DMF}n (2). The structures were characterized and the property was tested by single crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, infrared, fluorescence spectra, and magnetism. The results show that 1 and 2 both belong to the trigonal R3 space group and have novel 3D structures and good thermal stability. Among them, 1 has strong fluorescence properties, which can sensitively identify drug molecules sulfasalazine and organic molecules glutaraldehyde. The detection limits could reach 0.95 and 2.10 μmol·L-1, respectively. In addition, 1 and 2 were antiferromagnetic at 1 kOe.

Pr/N co-doped biomass carbon dots with enhanced fluorescence for efficient detection of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine

We used the natural product chamomile as a carbon source to synthesize praseodymium(Pr) and nitrogen (N) co-doped biomass carbon dots (Pr/N-BCDs) with remarkable luminescence properties by one-step hydrothermal method. Compared with single N doped BCDs (N BCDs) and Prdoped BCDs (PrBCDs), Pr/N BCDs not only showed better fluorescence properties and stability but also achieved a significant increase in quantum yield of 12%. More importantly, under certain conditions, Pr/N-BCDs and 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazide (2, 4-DNPH) had significant fluorescence internal filtration effect (IFE) and dynamic quenching effect, and in the concentration range of 0.50-20 μmol·L-1, the concentration of 2, 4-DNPH had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching signal, and the detection limit was as low as 2.1 nmol·L-1.

金纳米酶催化过氧化氢分解反应的米氏常数的测定

近年来,金纳米粒子被发现具有纳米酶特性,可以模拟天然过氧化物酶催化过氧化氢分解。本实验选用明胶还原制备金纳米粒子,通过紫外-可见分光光度法测定金纳米粒子催化过氧化氢分解反应的米氏常数。将科学前沿概念“纳米酶”设计成适合本科生的物理化学动力学实验,既可锻炼学生的综合能力,又能激发学生对化学实验的兴趣与民族自豪感。

Dual-ligand-modified copper nanoclusters: Synthesis and application in ornidazole detection

Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and glycine (Gly) dual-ligand-modified copper nanoclusters (BSA-Gly CuNCs) with high fluorescence intensity were synthesized by a one-pot strategy. Based on the competitive fluorescence quenching and dynamic quenching effects of ornidazole (ONZ) on BSA-Gly CuNCs, a simple and sensitive detection method for ONZ was successfully developed. The experimental results demonstrate that the addition of the small molecule Gly can more effectively protect CuNCs, and thus enhance its fluorescence intensity and stability. The proposed assay allowed for the detection of ONZ in a linear range of 0.28 to 52.60 μmol·L-1 and a detection limit of 0.069 μmol·L-1. Compared with the single-ligand-modified CuNCs, dual-ligand-modified BSA-Gly CuNCs had higher fluorescence intensity, stability, and sensing ability and were successfully applied to evaluate ONZ in actual ONZ tablets.

B掺杂长余辉室温磷光碳量子点在信息加密与湿度检测中的应用

以硼酸与苯甲酸(BZA)为原材料,通过一步热解法合成了B掺杂的长余辉室温磷光碳量子点(B-CQDs-BZA)。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱与荧光/磷光发射光谱对B-CQDs- BZA的形貌、结构及发光性能进行表征。结果显示,合成的B-CQDs-BZA主要是由无定形碳构成的尺寸介于2.0~4.5 nm之间的零维碳量子点。B-CQDs-BZA经254与302 nm的紫外光照射后,可呈现出长达20 s的蓝色室温磷光,经测试其磷光寿命长达2.09 s。该方法简单、快速且具有普遍适用性,使用多种原材料均可合成长余辉室温磷光CQDs。基于B-CQDs-BZA卓越的室温磷光发光寿命,我们将B-CQDs-BZA成功应用于时间分辨防伪技术。另外,根据水分子对B-CQDs-BZA的猝灭效应,将其制作成湿度试纸,用来检测环境空气的湿度。

Chitosan/silica-coated copper nanoclusters: Synthesis and application in cefixime detection

Herein, copper nanoclusters (Cu NCs) were synthesized in aqueous solution through a chemical reduction method using polyethyleneimine as reducing agent and protective ligand, with Cu(NO3)2 as copper source. Subsequently, composite fluorescent nanoparticles, chitosan-functionalized silica nanoparticles (CSNPs)-coated Cu NCs (Cu NCs/CSNPs), were synthesized via a reverse microemulsion method. Compared with Cu NCs, the composite Cu NCs/CSNPs exhibited an increased quantum yield and enhanced fluorescence sensing performance. Based on the composite Cu NCs/CSNPs, a fluorescence method for the detection of cefixime fluorescence quenching was established. The technique was simple, sensitive, and selective for detecting cefixime. The fluorescence quenching efficiency of Cu NCs/CSNPs was linearly related to the concentration of cefixime in the range of 3.98-38.5 μmol·L-1 (1.81-17.46 mg·L-1), with a limit of detection of 0.045 5 μmol·L-1 (20.6 μg·L-1).

人工智能驱动的化学教学组织形式创新路径探究

本文探讨了人工智能(AI)技术在化学教学组织形式中的创新路径,并通过具体的案例来揭示AI如何改变传统教学。针对传统化学教学中的不足,提出了基于AI技术的自适应学习系统、智能实验平台与虚拟实验室,以及合作学习与智能协作三大创新路径。自适应学习系统通过个性化数据分析,为学生动态调整学习路径,解决了“一刀切”教学模式的问题;虚拟实验室和智能实验平台则打破了物理实验的局限,为学生提供安全、灵活的实验操作环境;智能协作工具在合作学习中优化了分组方式,并通过实时反馈提升学习效率。然而,上述创新路径在推广过程中仍面临教育资源分配不均、教师技术掌握不足等挑战。本文建议通过优化资源配置、强化教师培训和推动虚拟与传统教学结合,进一步提升AI技术在化学教育中的应用效果。展望未来,AI技术将继续为化学教学提供创新动力,推动教育模式的智能化转型,为实现教育公平和教学质量的提升提供重要支持。

Flexible Gd-MOF@PMMA/BMA composite film fluorescent sensor for highly sensitive detection of tyramine in bananas

In this study, using 3, 5-di(3′, 5′-dicarboxylphenyl)-1H-1, 2, 4-triazole (H4L) as ligands, a gadolinia-based organic framework complex {[GdNa(L)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n (Gd-Na-MOF) was successfully designed and synthesized by hydrothermal method. The structure and properties were systematically characterized and tested by techniques such as single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results indicate that this complex has a unique 3D structure, excellent thermal stability, and outstanding luminescent performance. Based on its luminescent properties, a polymer-embedding method was employed to fabricate the Gd-Na-MOF into a flexible, washable composite fluorescent film, Gd-Na-MOF@PMMA/BMA (PMMA=polymethyl methacrylate, BMA=butyl methacrylate). This fluorescent film exhibited highly sensitive recognition capability for tyramine, with a low detection limit of 1.66 μmol·L-1. It was used for the detection of tyramine in bananas, with a recovery rate of 96.92%-100.26%.

A Eu-based metal-organic framework fluorescent film: Preparation and sensing of Cr2O72- and tryptamine

To address the challenges of poor solubility and difficult recyclability of powdered metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), a Eu-based MOF complex, [EuNa(L)(H2O)3]·2H2O (Eu/Na-MOF), was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using 3,5-bis(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (H4L) as the ligand in this study. Systematic characterization and performance evaluation revealed that the complex exhibits a unique 3D structure, high phase purity, excellent thermal stability, and outstanding luminescent properties. Furthermore, the complex was encapsulated in poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) to fabricate a flexible and water-washable composite fluorescent film (Eu/Na-MOF/PMMA). Based on static and dynamic quenching mechanisms, respectively, the film enables reversible detection of tryptamine and Cr2O72- ions in aqueous solutions, demonstrating high selectivity, stability, and portability.
