PREPARATION OF NANOCRYSTAL OF PEROVSKITE TYPE LaFeO₃ BY USING REVERSE DROP COPRECIPITATION IN ALCOHOL

The precursor of LaFeO₃ was prepared in alcohol.Nanocrystals of LaFeO₃ were synthesized by solid reaction at 550℃ for 2h.XRP,DTA and TEM were used to characterize the samples.Results show that alcohols are better liquid dispersing mediums.The grain size distribution-concentrated and well-dispersed LaFeO₃ nanocrystals were obtained by the calcination.
