Complexes of salicylaldehyde-2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (HL) of the type ML₂,[M=Co^Ⅱ,Ni^Ⅱ,Cu^Ⅱ,Zn^Ⅱ and Mn^Ⅱ] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductance,magnetic susceptibility,TG-DTA,electronic,IR and XPS methods.The chelating models are discussed.
