NEW SESQUITERPENE FROM LIGULARIA SAGITTA

A new eremophilane acid was isolated in the phytochemical investigation of the roots of Ligularia sagitta.Its structure and stereochemistry were elucidated by 1D NMR and 2D NMR techniques including ¹H-¹H COSY,¹³C-¹H COSY,¹³C-¹H COLOC and NOESY.
