The oligouridylates formation with N-(O,O-diisopropyl)-phosphoryl alanine in the presence of poly(β-(N⁷-adeninyl)ethyl methacrylate) was studied. An increased yield by the presence of the polymeric nucleic acid analog was confirmed by anion exchange column HPLC, C18 reverse phase HPLC, and turbo ionspray MS.
