The interactions of lanthanoid ions with dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine bilayer werestudied by DSC and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that the addition of lanthanoid ionscauses a considerable increase of the gel to liquid crystalline transition temperature ofphospholipid and a reduction of order of lateral packing and conformation of acyl chains in SUVs
