Three Ebselen derivatives (Ⅲ_1-3) were designed and synthesized with amino acid attached to the p-position of 2-phonyl moiety.Effect of compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ₁,Ⅲ₂,Ⅲ₂,as well as Ebselen on the Fe³⁺/cysteine-induced rat microsomal lipid peroxidation were investigated.And their IC₅₀ were 30,17.7,22.7,22.2 and 24 μmol/L respectively.
