Synthesis of Tetra(4-hydroxyphenyl) Porphyrin Complexes

Seven complexes of tetra(4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrins with Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn have been synthesized in mixed solvents CH₂Cl²⁺ DMF. The structures and compositions of the complexes were determined by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, FTIR photoacoustic spectrum, ¹H NMR and molar conductance measurements.
