Using the Ar(³P_0.2)+PCl₃ reaction as a source of PCl(b¹Σ⁺),We have measured the quenching rate constants of PCl(b) for 23 reagents.The E-V model is used to calculate the rate constants.The comparison between the experimental and calculated results is given.
