Eight T-[2-(2.4-dichlorophenoxy) propionyloxy] alkyl phosphonates were synthesized and characterized by IR, ¹H NMR and MS. The relationship between their substituents and biological activities have been discussed. All of the compounds showed a certain herbicidal selectivity.
