Received Date: 9 July 1999

The enthalpy of reaction for the decomposition of monoclinic ammonium paratungstate, (NH₄)₁₀H₂W₁₂O₄₂4H₂O(s), was measured using a HT-1000 calorimeter. From the experimental results, the standard enthalpy of formation of ammonium paratungstate at 298.15 K is obtained.
