Thermokinetic properties of the reaction between laccase and 3,4-dihydroxyben-zaldehyde have been studied with a microcalorimetry system. The molar reaction enthalpy(Δ_rH_m), michaelis constant(K_m), rate constant(k₂), binding energy(ΔG₀), activation gibbis free energy(ΔG⁼) and laccase activity(E_A) have been determined. The result has been discussed by the transition state theory.
