The oscillation phenomena of electrical conductance of SnO₂ polycrystal doped with Al₂O₃ and MgO have been observed at room temperature. The dependance of the oscillation upon the constitution of the surrounding atmosphere, e.g. concentration of O₂, CO, C₂H₂, air as well as N₂ is reported.
