PC12 cells were pre-treated with 200 µmol•L-1 6-OHDA for 2 h, following the treatment of tacrine, GA, TNG-1~TNG-7 at a dose of 3, 10 and 30 µmol•L-1, respectively. And then the cells were incubated for another 24 h. Cells viability was determined by MTT assay. ## p < 0.01 vs. control group; *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 vs. 6-OHDA group (n=6)
PC12 cells were pretreated with 200 µmol•L-1 6-OHDA for 2 h, and then tested samples at the dose of 30 µmol•L-1 were added, respectively. After that, cells were incubated for another 24 h. The cell viability was determined by MTT assay. ##p < 0.01 vs. control group (Ctrl); *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 vs. Cort-treated group (n=6).
