Anthocyanin: The Beauty Maker

In modern society, with increased consumption, cosmetology, and interest in weight loss, universal fashion trends have gradually developed. More importantly, people are eager to pursue a healthier lifestyle to resist senescence and stay fit. As a result, anthocyanins, the so-called "vitamins of the skin" have emerged in millions of households. They help to eliminate free radicals and have multiple health benefits for the body. This study used an anthropomorphic approach to analyze the structure of anthocyanins, revealing the magical effects of anthocyanins for restoring beauty. We explain the mechanism of action of anthocyanin in antioxidants for weight loss as natural nutritional supplements.
