Teaching Practice in Instrumental Analysis Laboratory to Help Cultivate Top Talents

Based on OBE (outcome-based education) teaching strategy and PBL (problem-based learning) teaching method, the hybrid teaching of SPOC (small private online course) + virtual simulation experiment + QQ group + WeChat group + teaching six-step method of instrumental analysis laboratory is designed to form an innovative teaching mode. This innovative teaching mode is led by course ideology and politics, integrates science with education, and is driven by competition, which broadens students’ academic vision, strengthens students’ scientific literacy, innovative thinking, scientific research ability and stimulate their passion for chemistry. This new teaching mode improves the challenge of the course, makes chemistry curriculum better serve other disciplines and majors, and helps the construction and practice of the system of cultivating top talents.
