Reform and Practice of Applied Chemistry Comprehensive Experiment Course under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

Under the background of emerging engineering education, the applied chemistry comprehensive experiment course of Central South University has cultivated the undergraduates’ ability of solving complex problems and innovation in practice and met the society demands for applied chemistry professionals through renewing the teaching concept, adjusting the instructional objective, enriching the course contents, reforming the teaching form, improving the teaching method, and exploring the open-teaching mode and process evaluation system. It can provide some references to the teaching reform of other comprehensive experiment courses.
